Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
How long before my order ships?
The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes hot items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process. For all shipped packages, we’ll send you the tracking number in an email.
