Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
For our personalized products: We announce the return possibilities on the product pages. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong color, added wrong personalization details, etc., or simply don't like the product. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like engraving error that is caused by us. To sum up our customizable Jewelry is only refundable if we made a mistake or if it is damaged or defective, otherwise, it's not refundable. Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns for other situations. It is customized only for you, we can't process any other way. Thank you for your understanding.

To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid. Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
