INTERNATIONAL WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes hot items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

 
Free Shipping takes 12/20 DAY

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system.
If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later. For our South African Citizen Customers, shipping time may be longer due to the local shipping company is underdeveloped. We'll try everything possible for you to receive your order. 

CUSTOMS FEES & STOLEN  LOST ITEMS

Every country has its own shipping rules and regulations that restrict certain items.

Smart Fun Gifts Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to the wrong address.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 5-10 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received(but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
